Referring Providers

We strive to ensure a smooth and efficient referral process for both emergent and elective consultations. There are three easy ways to refer a patient to New England Retina Care:
- Send a copy of your exam note along with patient’s contact information via fax to (617) 505 – 4051 or via email to info@neretinacare.com
- Download and fill out the Patient Referral Form and submit it via fax to (617) 505 – 4051 or via email to info@neretinacare.com
- Submit Online via Referral Portal: Submit patient details and upload clinical notes/OCT scans securely through our Online Referral Portal.
